Welcome, vendors!

This page contains everything you need to prepare for the 2026 Saltwater Sportfishing Show

— including rules, booth guidelines, setup hours, and required forms.

Move-In & Move-Out

• Move-in:
Friday, February 20, 2026 — 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM

• Show hours:
Saturday, February 21 — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday, February 22 — 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Move-out:
Sunday, February 22, 2026 — 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM
🚨 NO EXCEPTIONS.

Check-In

Check in at the registration office (east main entry of the Jackman Long Building).

Exhibitors will receive wristbands for admission both days.

Provide a full list at will-call if multiple staff will be working.

Standard booths are 10′ x 10′ unless noted otherwise.

Each booth includes 3′ side curtains and one 5-amp electrical outlet.

Exhibitors must bring their own extension cords and/or power strips

All table display items/backdrops/etc. must be supplied by the exhibitor.

Tables (8′) and chairs may be rented on-site.

Drive-in access available on the east side during setup and after close on Sunday.

Volunteers will assist you in locating your booth.

Food Service

Concessions open for food and beverages starting at 10 AM both days.

Directions

From the North:
I-5 South → Portland Road (Exit 258) → Right onto Portland Rd → Left on Lana Ave → Straight through to Blue Gate.

From the East:
Hwy 22 → I-5 North → Exit 258 → Portland Rd South → Left on Lana Ave → Blue Gate.

From the South:
I-5 North → Exit 258 → Portland Rd South → Left on Lana Ave → Blue Gate.

Parking

Free parking available through the Aqua Gate.

Direct Shipments

Direct shipments are not recommended.
If necessary, they must arrive Friday, February 27, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM and must be prepaid.
